"My art is the safe harbor where I process and record my world. Through my art I hope to leave time capsules of thought, feeling and observation that allude personal, social, and emotional growth which I have creatively shared through a variety of mixed mediums. My art is a record of me navigating through life as both subject and witness, reacting to the world around me.

For me, each piece is born unto itself, bringing the mystic of life through artistic encrypted messages that unfold to the viewer and provoke a soulful and contemplative reaction.

In contemplating my art, some of my pieces reflect my concern for world events, community topics and environmental issues, whereas other pieces reveal moments in time where the mind relaxes and unwinds with paint and patterns.

 

Throughout my pieces, a palate of primal urges such as love, lust, hunger, and joy as well as domestic secrets appear - delivered through a kaleidoscope of artistic imagery.

 

For me, art is one of life's purest joys and most essential expressions of culture and self. Through my work, it is my desire to enable others to join me - in artistic communion and reflection as subject and witness to the world around us."
